New user – NIHB Program

If you are an NIHB provider or client, you must first create and activate an NIHB web account at https://nihb.express-scripts.ca before creating an account on this website to access your claim statements.

After creating and activating your NIHB web account, navigate to and click on the Statements button on the left-sidebar of the web page. This will bring you back to the ESC Statement website where you can create an account to access your Claim Statements using the same login information you used to create your NIHB web account. When creating an account on the ESC Statement website, please note:

  • Your information must match what was used to create your NIHB web account
    • For providers: your provider ID and username
    • For clients: your client ID and username
      • Client ID:
        • Registered First Nations use 10-digit registration number (also known as status, band or treaty number)
        • Inuit Clients, use ‘N’ number, or territorial Health Card Number
        • For children less than 18-months of age, without their own client identification number, provide a parent’s client identification
  • Once you receive the activation email from ESC Statements, you must activate your account using the activation link in the email before you are able to login to view your statements

If you encounter difficulties or have additional questions regarding your login access, please contact the Non-Insured Health Benefits Call Centre at Express Scripts Canada for assistance.
